TERMS OF SALE FOR BOUQUET ORDERS

I am aware that the product image is an example of a seasonal deluxe bouquet for 1600kr,
and that the bouquets' designs vary depending on size and assortment.

Shipping, duration & replacement
Pick up yourself the same day?
Orders for same-day pickup must be placed before 2:00 PM. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Same day shipping?
The order must be confirmed by us before 1:00 PM if delivery is to take place the same day between 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM . For orders after 1:00 PM and delivery in Moss & surrounding areas on the same day, express delivery applies.

Quality
We only use premium, first-class cut flowers for our bouquets. This means that it is the highest quality available in flowers. This type of cut is reserved for specialty stores. Flowers at grocery stores are second-class

Duration and compensation
Flowers are living fresh products, and bouquets and cuts will always have different durations. If you store the flowers in optimal environments with light, water and temperature, you can enjoy the cut for a long time. Ask us for advice and tips, if you want. We will replace the cut with a new cut if it shows clear signs of disease or quality deficiency 24 hours from payment.

As a customer, you can expect that a bouquet from us will retain its strength for 3-5 days , if the flowers are kept in water and in good conditions.

Payment

All bouquet orders from www.firi.no are settled with payment via our online store.
Orders over the phone are settled with Vipps or the payment link sent.
